Vision and Objectives

The IQAC's vision is to become the driving force for quality enhancement by building and ensuring a quality culture aimed at all-round excellence, fostering professional growth, and promoting student-centric learning methods across all technical programs.

The primary objectives of the IQAC are:

• To develop mechanisms for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance.
• To promote quality enhancement through the **internalization of quality culture** and the **institutionalization of best practices**.
• To act as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.

Key Functions of the IQAC

• Development and application of **quality benchmarks** for various institutional activities, especially teaching-learning and research.
• Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality technical education and faculty training.
• Arrangement for **feedback response** from students, parents, and other stakeholders (e.g., industry).
• Documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
• Preparation and submission of the **Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)** to relevant statutory bodies like AICTE/University.
